Will ALL apps be Global this time?

I come from a so-called third world country, India. From what I had learnt last time when I had a Windows Phone, I could not buy/download apps from India.

There was either some issue with marketplace or my credit card...can't remember which one.

But my question, if this time I plan to buy an app...will I be able to?

I'm doubting it. I'm from Canada and I can't get a lot of content either.

Apps will never be truely worldwide. Only big name apps have the resources to write multi-lingual applications.

Add in cultural, legal, licensing issues, laws in different countries, etc, and it becomes a nightmare.
