Yeah, what a terrible phone launch. I feel like MS needed more control. Why did they not make arrangements to sell them in their holiday/popup stores? The AT&T experience is awful.

I was fortunate enough to snag a California Blue 16 GB from my local store. Asking about the black for my little brother and he is tied into AT&T right now...can't jump over to V to get the black.
