Will Cortana take advantage of Zeroth AI hardware?

The new up coming Snapdragon 820 all custom built has added AI hardware called Zeroth. Now Cortana software + Zeroth hardware be a winning combination?

Microsoft may already have been looking into this technology. Two reasons - one is they are an exclusive Qualcomm customer; two - they have already used Qualcomm's motion sensing technology for their SensorCore feature.
