Will groove music affect my speakers to quit working?

I accidentally click on groove music and changed something by mistake, but thought I fixed it and now I have no sound

No sound in any app or only in Groove? You can mute the volume in Groove but that only affects Groove. Nothing you do there should affect other apps.
