Will microsoft lumia 650 work with 4G movistar Guatemala ? thanks

I can`t get 4G on movistar Guatemala, I can get 2G
I can make phone calls, but not 4G and 3G, for data connection,
I guess it is band2 (1900)

On Lumia 650 sim 1 2,3 and 4G,but sim 2 only 2G.
