will microsoft replace my lumia 535 for GPS problem?

my lumia 535 had GPS problem. I contact customer care. They advised to visit nearest service centre. Service centre personnel re install my OS. But same problem again. Will they Replace my phone with newer one. ?

Some users have also reported experiencing issues with the GPS/GLONASS in their L535s. This seems to be inherent with the device itself - not sure if it is only for older L535s with the defective touch screen. But unlike the touch screen issue, the GPS accuracy isn't as obstructive with respect to the usability of the L535.

If the newer L535s (those without the touch screen issue) are no longer exhibiting GPS issues, then you may have a chance of having your L535 replaced especially if it is still within the store replacement period. If your phone is no longer within the product replacement period, you may be out of luck.
