It's hard to know if Verizon will push out the Windows 10 Mobile update to the Lumia 822. It seems rather unlikely.

But, if you're interested, you can upgrade it yourself using the slow ring for the Technical Preview. I'd advise waiting for a later build if you're looking for a build as stable as official release.
