Will my Windows Phone 8.1 app purchases get carried over to Windows 10 Mobile when I upgrade ???

The app in question is Smart Budget which is not yet on Windows 10. If the purchase is not going to get transferred I will put away my purchase till a Universal app is out.

All Windows 8.1 apps run on Windows 10. So yes, it'll carry over.

Not all are compatible. NPR One for one. When WM10 was released the app was incompatible and had to be released again as a universal app. Not sure that it would affect the purchasing.
