Will Non-Lumia Phones get the Windows 10 Mobile update on the 12th?

I recently got a Win BLU HD LTE, it's supposed to be ready for the Windows 10 update, but all the news has been about Lumias, will my phone get the update when it rolls out, or will I have to wait?

I thought BLU said it will be ready for Windows 10, although I don't know whether it'll get it soon or not.
