Will the Windows Media Center be available in Windows 10

Will I have to download a third party media player app or will Windows 10 provide one? I've been hearing rumors that I'll have to pay a fee for it, is that true?

MS sell Windows DVD Player but you can also just use VLC for Windows Store.
