Will there be a roblox app for surface rt, if so would it have use of keyboard?

I got a surface and have been waiting forever for a way that I could play roblox. I hear rumors about an app for roblox, so I just want to know if there is going to be a app available for surface will it have use of a keyboard and mouse?
