A lot people here complaining about slow updates from some operators. I'm just wondering can you get faster updates after unlocking your device?

Welcome to the all-new Windows Central Forums! - We're still moving some things around, so you may see a few quirks here and there, but we're working on getting things fully completed as soon as possible. For now, take a look around, and if you run into any major issues, please let us know in this thread!
I am not sure but I think even if you unlock it, that device is still tied to the carrier you got it from and still depends on the approval for the updates. It just means that you are unlocking it so the phone can be used.A lot people here complaining about slow updates from some operators.
