Will we get WP8.2?

Okay, so WP8.2 is said to get rid of the 3 buttons under the screen by making them virtual buttons that appears on the screen. So technically all of our WP will have those useless 3 buttons at the bottom of the screen.

Did Microsoft needed another reason to force us to buy new devices?
