Win 10 10166 not so fast on L820 as on a L1520?

Just watched the preview video from Windows Central, where Daniel showed the build 10166 on his Lumia 1520. It was really faster than 10149. Is that normal that my 10166 is only about 10%-15% faster than 10149? (I feel that 10166 is faster but not so fast like in the video)

It would be very strange indeed if your L820 was as fast as a L1520. The L820 is a much older device with a far less capable SoC (CPU + GPU + other computational units). That the L820 is slower is absolutely normal and expected.
