WIn 10 M - what about those on the Insider program?

If you're on the Insider program, should you go ahead and get the new download?

I'm currently on 10.0.10586.107.

If you're on the Insider program you should already have the .164 update waiting for you. We've had access to .164 for a long while now. You don't need to downgrade back to Windows Phone 8.1 and get the Update Advisor app. You'll be perfectly fine if you just stay where you are.
