Win 95 game on Win 10?

I have a favorite game that runs on Win95 and would like to put it on my Win10 machine. Can this be done? How?

You could install virtual machines, then run win 95 in it on a default setting.

Halo:CE for PC runs great on it. So the possibility is high.
