Win10 Anniversary but no phone notifications

Hello,

I have installed Windows 10 Anniversary update. I thought I would give phone notifications a shot. However, my windows phone doesn't appear in the list of apps in Settings/Notifications. Both my phone and Surface pro 3 are listed in my account devices online at account.microsoft.com.

Does anyone know how I can get my Surface to see and show my phone notifications?

Sorry if this is a really dumb question or something that's been answered before. I didn't find anything similar when I searched on the topic.

I am having the same issue. It was actually working for me on 14393.5, but after upgrading to 14393.10 I haven't received any phone notifications on either my desktop PC or Surface Pro 3. I have turned the sync on and off on all three devices, no change.

Windows 10 Anniversary update might be released on Aug 9th..Both should be having Aniversary update right?
