Window 10 Mobile update stuck at 45 for LUMIA 640, how can I get it to finish?

Window 10 mobile update stuck at 45% for LUMIA 640

I am using lumia 640 from last 6 month, I am trying to update my phone to window 10 but every time it stuck at 45% ans shown same error message (801882cb: internet connectivity after 45%)
I tried restart my phone, reset through window recovery but every time I got failed to update after 45%.
I removed all apps as well as SD card from my phone
using option such as using mobile data for limited wifi connection and having 3G data but nothing help me to update after 45%
Please help me to update my lumia 640 to window mobile 10

Is Microsoft provide this update through PC

you can't get through pc. So make an effort and look for wifi
