Windows Central Question

I keep getting the blue screen tried loads of things that I could do without a stick or memory to backup and not willing to erase my files and photos.
How can I fix this?
'your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart'
100% and it stops there on the blue screen. critical service failed
did try previous saved restore point but it failed and gave me 0x8000ffff

sfc /scannow does not work there is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete. restart windows and run sfc again.

same thing again

So I read that you didn't want to erase your personal files... which limits our options. I would seriously just nuke it and reinstall the OS.

I'm assuming you did the sfc scan and system restore in safe mode?

My reason for asking this is that I believe that you can access the troubleshoot feature which gives you a 'reset' option, BUT you can also decide to reset while keeping personal files.
