Windows 10 enroll question

I have a Lumia 630 and I was thinking about Windows 10, but is there an option to enroll it?

I meant will I be able to get back to Windows phone 8.1 without any tools.

You'll always need a tool, but if I remember correctly (terrible memory here), there will be a rollback option built in soon.
