Installed Windows 10 plus all driver updates on Dell XPS laptop. Screen flickers and dances sometimes. Anyone experienced and fixed?

when it flickers it's because it probably is installing a newer version of your video driver. that happened to my dad's laptop and the intel driver.
Hide Windows Updates or driver updates - Windows Help -
hide your video adapter thing with that troubleshooter and uninstall the driver you have now, then reinstall your driver you got from Dell site.
maybe that's the reason, just like with my dad's laptop.
