Windows 10 insider preview everyday updates

Is it kidding? they are just little changes and make my pc internet slower by updating **** everyday ,Is windows 10 insider preview developers was kid ?Cause because they are everyday updating it and send throw out pc . i really didn't find anything necessary things they added new in the everydays updates. and also windows 10 90 % apps are garbage .
why they are not releasing it in 1 time updates

My suggestion would be to either goto release preview or stop getting insider preview builds.
