Windows 10 Mail

Absolutely in the Stone Age. Still cant get verification of when sent emails are read. Can't manage an office without this. What is up with that? I had it over 15 years ago, can't remember the platform, but it definitely had the capability of verifying a sent email being read.

Is this problem with the desktop Office Outllook ?

If you're referring to Windows 10 Mail, that is the consumer-oriented product that replaced Windows Live Mail and Outlook Express. It isn't designed for business use.

For all the bells and whistles, you'd need Outlook, which is part of Office 365.
