Windows 10 mobile build 10166 home screen wallpapers are lacking the "hd" resolution.

The photos are perfectly high resolution though. But when its made the background in home screen, the pic isn't that high res. This thing I am observing since updating the phone to build 10166. Is this an update glitch? Has anyone observed it?
