have you tried to install the update that came out yesterday? 15035. I am waiting until my wife gets home from work so I can pair to her car before installing since the device tab in settings is a known bug.

Phone continuosly tryes downloadin 65, even after exiting Insider and unlinking account, and several reboots and soft reset.
I made 2 WDRT and 2 HR in 5 days, I cannot do once more

I always switch to slow ring immediately after fast ring update. Works for me and I can decide if I want to install the next fast ring or wait.
