Further to my previous post, I decided to hit the updates checking function. Not really hoping anything -- much less a new "add hair conditioner" function -- I was surprised by what is happening.

Anyway, my phone is now "updating" from my current .16 version to a new .158 like yours.

Hmm, so their math co-processors may have been hit by "Meltdown"? Or, perhaps your update does include the new anti-Spectre/Meltdown and they decided to cover everyone with it, even the Fast Ring. Mere speculation.

Glad I keep reading this thread. As a non-insider, I am pleasantly surprised we got an update, but it's even better that Insiders still get updates too. @Ektalog, I think you are correct. Everyone got a fix due to "Meltdown". That would make sense at least. Is there anything of note in this new Fast Ring build at all?

Turns out I was two updates behind on my X3, which is non-insider. Seems we are all on .158, whether we are an Insider or not.
