Same problem at my Lumia 650. Even after flashing my device store app isn't updated

My Lumia 635 has same issue. My outlook mail and calendar are old too.

I was considering a hard reset, after never doing it originally, to hopefully have a smoother experience with Win 10 mobile but now I'm going to hold off.
