Windows 10 on Mobile, attractive concept art

Noope~ it doesn't look finished, it's more like a recompilation of many UI together

'Scuse me professor but concepts are rarely "finished" and are generally a persons thoughts set to music or canvas. Take another look at the concept for the big picture rather than grade him like a term paper. Comprende?

I love the fact some people think this is some sort of official Microsoft thing, when it's just an idea some guy made up, thinking what Windows 10 would probably look like.

As for the concept, I have to agree it just looks way to much like Android, it doesn't differentiate itself to much from them.

There's a difference between making app UI's similar cross platform (and I am a supporter of that as it keeps the UX cohesive) and making the UI of the operating system a rip-off. Google's Material Design is horrible as it is. The last thing I'd want would be for Microsoft to get ideas from it to use on Windows.

Whether or not this is what will happen.
Hamburger menu will be used.

Gotta agree with the general consensus here.. This is Google's material UI with hints of Windows phone. Not feeling this..
