Windows 10 on PC/Laptop at retailers

How many of you could found PCs loaded with Windows 10 at shops? In my case m still finding PCs with Windows 8.

Again this could hurt the sales as some still resist Win8.

Here in Saudi Arabia, only 8.1 but they promotes Windows 10 as free upgrade
