Windows 10 on the Lumia 830?

I have a Lumia 630, and I've been using Windows 10 for a while now, but even after the big improvements, it has a hard time loading apps and scrolling on webpages.

I'm thinking about upgrading to the Lumia 830, but it has the same processor. I'm wondering if anyone with the Lumia 830 feels the extra half gig of RAM makes a big performance difference? Windows 10 is very unstable on the 630, which is unlike the Preview on the Desktop.
