I used 4 port usb to connect a mouse and keyboard just in case. But do not need them. You need a usb with windows 10 pro full install.

My Lenovo tablet had windows 8.1

Then I went on the usd and executed the setup.exe for the complete install.
Then in the setup I choose to (save nothing). (Install windows 10).
Then it took awhile to install but it went through perfectly.
Then I had to install the windows 8.1 intel graphic driver.
Then you restart.

Then I did notice the text not showing on Cortana.
That is ok. You go to the font setting then choose ( Adjust clear type font) go next and next and pick all the darkest text boxes.
That was all it took.
I now have windows 10 on my tablet 2 working great.

PS if you want you can go to Lenovo support and scan for drivers and load the software that are critical like power management and then you will find the intel windows 8.1 intel graphics driver down below it.
