It includes super popular Lumia 520.
Whether it is stable version to get in my daily use device???

It most probably will not be advisable to install it on a phone you use and rely on a daily basis due to the bugs and instabilities of the preview build of the operating system.

There are two settings for insider > Insider Slow or Insider Fast. Of the two, Slow is more stable. However, having just put the Slow track on a 635 in the past week I can say there is absolutely no reason to have this on a daily driver phone. You aren't getting anything severely useful. I also tried Fast track and it added nothing at this point. New Fast track will be added during the next wave, but that would not be appropriate for your main phone ever...

My feeling is that when the next group of phones gets invited in they will have what is now complete and it amounts to little you would benefit from on a daily basis.

If you only have one phone; wait for the program to mature more before risking it and use the Slow track only.
