Windows 10 preview questions

I have installed it last night and have a few questions.
1. Can I go back?
If not, then
2. How can have my email accounts getting new emails?
I am refreshing it but no new email.
3. How can I increase fonts in email application?
4. How can I have zoom in working in email application so I can actually read email without a microscope?
5. How can I add a connection icon to the Notification Bar?
6. How can I save passwords for my email accounts? Probably related to 2.

I think I know what the problem is. My phone does not have a cellular connection. It's not taking Cellular on under cellular+ SIM. Taping on SIM causes the menu move but nothing gets opened. Any idea how to get cellular on?
