Windows 10 Release Date in India?

When window 10 will release in pakistan ?? If at the same date i.e29 ,then will it be safe to update to windows 10 on Lumia 720(512 Ram) ???
And kindly let me know about the unified store concept plzz

The windows 10 being launched on 29th is for computers and not for mobiles. Windows for ur phone will be released later in this year,hopefully in the month of october. N yes it will be safe to install on your 720 because i myself am using a 720 with the version 166 installed on it n it seems pretty stable

Basically you code for one app and it will work on all Windows 10 phones, pcs, Xbox, etc.
