My apologies if there's already a thread for this; I spent some time searching and didn't see it.

What users/devices/carriers do we have confirmed as receiving the Windows 10 update? I know we have the master list, but I'm currently trying to choose between some sort of burner Lumia for purposes of some research and development purposes, so knowing which ones are actually upgradable at the moment would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the complete list!
Does anybody know which particular carrier and region variants have gotten it so far? For example, say, the T-Mobile 435, AT&T 640, unlocked 532, etc etc? I doubt the carrier locked variants have gotten it so far or else Windows Central or someone else would have reported it, but I'd love to be surprised.

Unlocked phones will get no iussues. Some carrier, I fear yes (At&T in primis....)

AT&T is not yet rolling out any updates. They have stated on their forums that there is no ETA, and they are still in the testing phase of the software.

While Microsoft is happy with the way it performs on AT&T phones, AT&T is not, because some of their apps will need to be updated for W10M which they haven't done yet.

I suspect AT&T is going to have some serious delays. I'd recommend just using the Windows Insider app, and put it on "Production Ring". The only difference you'll get is that you don't have to wait on AT&T. There will be no firmware update for the AT&T 640.

Thanks for the responses! My questions were actually due to unrelated, personal weirdness; I'm currently working on a Windows Mobile 10 how to guidebook, and I don't have a phone that can be set to Windows Phone 8.1 anymore. I just ordered an unlocked lumia 532 specifically to get 8.1 screenshots for the upgrade process.
