Windows 10 Start Menu

Running a Surface 3 with Windows 10, my pull down start menu has multiple app icons all the same type, ie 19 of Access, 19 of Onenote etc. Its not limited to microsoft apps either! How can i correct this?

Re: Windows 10 Start Menu

I can right click, but only 3 commands available; Pin to Start, More> (Which leads to another dialog box, no help there!) and Uninstall.

Re: Windows 10 Start Menu

It sounds like what ever has caused this has just created multiple shortcuts for your start menu. I'm not at my computer right now, but usually you can right click those and go to more>properties and it should give you the direct link to the shortcuts being created for the start menu. Now I'm not sure for store apps if they work the same way or not, but when I get a chance to look into this, I'll check and give you more info if needed.
