You have a W10 store and a WP8.0/8.1 store. The apps from the 8.0/8.1 store will be available in the W10 store because of compatibility (maybe not all but most). IMO the W10 store was created mostly for universal apps (can run on all devices with W10 OS installed)

Better? or still confused?

Wow ok..

There are essentially two stores at the moment :)

1 for those on WP8.x and 1 for those on W10.

Those on WP8.x have no access to the UWP apps (universal and can be installed on any device with W10) which are part of the W10 store.

Those that are currently using phones with W10 do have access to the apps in the 8.x store, because of backwards compatibility.

Better? or am I still just spouting gibberish? :grincry:

Well English isn't my first language either. The reason behind completing the sentence was to get more understanding on what you had originally asked for. Anyways, glad to know you were helped.
