windows 10 update take so much time in lumia 535

its not opening start menu since 2 hrs can u explain y its happens

If you think the update or install process is stuck, try a soft reset. Press the volume down and power/lock button at the same time and hold until the phone vibrates.

Report back if that works. The process should be 30 to 60 minutes
