Windows 10 updates problem, why do I get an error when I try to do it manually?

Windows 10 updates problem

HI. I am running Windows 10 home on my computer and i have disabled automatic updates in (this pc-manage-services) . But now when I try to do a manual update I get error 0x80070422. Is there any outher way to turn off windows uppdate without getting this error? Thanks!
