Windows 10 V10581 usb problem

I updated my phone(lumia 635) too the new version of windows 10. After there was a glitch with the launcher I I did a factory reset and everything works fine now. Except the usb. Out of nowhere my pc will not reconize my phone with usb. so I can't use the recovery tool.

Anyway I can fix this?

Hi,
i had several usb problems too. It was always related to a bad cable or my PC USB port. Try a new good cable and a different pc first.
