Windows 10 will not install

WINDOWS 10 WILL NOT INSTALL,I have windows 8.0 installed and it will not refresh, everytime I try any updates of my system it fails

Are you using the w10 iso Or upgrading?
Windows 10 upgrade is only available for w8.1 and w7.
Also is your windows genuinely activated?

He's probably trying to upgrade, for that he'll need to go to 8.1 first.

It doesn't really matter if it's a geniune Windows.
