Windows 10 won't let me uninstall a program?

I've been trying to uninstall google chrome for a while but each time I try to do, I get a message that says " Please close all google chrome windows (including those in Windows 8 mode) and try again"...

I don't even know what that means, what does it mean by windows 8 mode and how can I uninstall the program?

Right click taskbar, open task manager, open Details, and end task everything Google Chrome.
