Windows 10586.218: no more edge between Production and Release Preview Rings?

Unexpected, they release 10586.218 to all Windows10 born phones almost togheter, jumping the Release Preview
I red a new about L950 At&T released it too!

Because 218 has fixes from Redstone branch, like the background dimming for app list and other small fixes.
It is natural to push it to production since it was already tested on Redstone. However I still cannot let go of Redstone branch due to the improvement of typing long messages.
I did not saw this fix in .218 and I'm not willing to revert back until someone confirms it is there.
