Windows 1O TP installed on my 1020

Today, I updated my 1020 from Lumia denim. to 8.1 GDR to Window 10 TP within a six hour time period.

Has anyone else been able to install W 10 TP on the 1020? Its just 20 mins since I have installed. I will check the stability and other setting on the phone.

So far the features that has caught my attention are the brightness slider and battery saver slider (you can bring up to 80% by which the battery saver will kick in)

The 10TP update will come from the usual "check for update" in the Settings menu, not the Insider app. If available.

Updated felt it was not ready for primetime. Re updated but just to GDR2. Enjoying the smoothness. Think the camera is a bit faster shot to shot

You should have backed it up before installing Windows 10.

Just tried to install it (for the second time today).

It stuck on the gear green (around 5%) for a long time (more than 10 minutes)

First time I had to recover with Nokia Software Updater, currently stuck again (will do it again if no progress in next half hour)

Edit: I started moving again after half-hour. Hopefully will be able to try it later tonight

Went back to 8.1. Then selected Slow Ring. Got an update (AT&T) to quasi-Denim? With a message to plug in to AC and that as soon as as build is available it would be downloaded.

My Lumia1020 needed hard reset once after update and now looks OK! Only one minor bug so far, bluetooth is not able to communicate with MercedesBeanz car builtin "handsfree"-set!

No Flightmode
Wifi can't be switched off (sometimes)
Lumia Camera just record one video and you need to restart app

would recommend staying with latest Denim Update and wait for a stable W10 release

Yeah after using tp for a day and giving feed back to Microsoft
...i rolled back to windows 8.1 GDR 2...Happy now...coz my Lumia 1020,is my daily driver...will buy 2nd hand 535,and try windows 10,tp on tat
