Windows 8.1 apps forgotten?

I've been waiting for a Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare Windows 8.1 apps updates for a long time and nothing happened, I've got a lot of Windows 8 apps, and the most of them are really slow, unstable and useless, even WP apps are faster at updating. Also there aren't much oficial apps like Instagram or Vine, do you think Windows OS, or may I say the Windows Store, is getting forgotten?
