Hey, I just bought myself a Surface RT+Touch Cover which is a Nordic/Danish model.
I understand that the language isn't supported by Windows 8.1 Preview, but even after changing to American English, it won't install.
I've checked there's no firmware update pending (as reported by others).
I can't seem to remove the Danish language from the list view, but I've seen there's some pop-up administration of languages, I just can't find it.
I've also tried changing my region and everything, but still an error is everything I get.
