Some Videos play some not. Sometimes an HD video plays well but a 3GP video does not. Full HD videos are not playing well at all and are stuttering. Sometimes an error named 887a0006 shows up after 2-3 seconds of playback.

I think you are looking for a developer's account and not a developed account. If yes then you can create a developers account yourself instead of asking someone.
