I've notice two bugs with this new update on my unlocked 1020 with tmobile:
1. I can no longer hear any notifications, or alarms.
When I navigate to settings>ringtones+notifications>and try to set my ringtone, I can't even get a preview of the sound. When i press the preview/play button, i get backed out into the settings menu again.

2. When I am typing a text and someone else texts me, I get backed out into the main menu/ metro pane menu.

Has anyone else noticed these problems with OS version 8.10.12382.878
I tried a soft reset and a hard reset (factory), but it didn't help.

Thanks

I noticed this as well a couple days ago. Alarms didnt go off and I wasnt getting notifications for some apps.

However, I restarted the phone and then my 3 PM alarm went off and it was 5:45 PM LOL. Its probably a bug in the OS that will be fixed later on when the Developer Preview is over.

I also face with the same issue. I've also tried the preview, then updated the Official release. It's really annoying, because it's goes wrong suddenly, so it's better to use for example an alternate alarm. There is an other issue with the latest release, sometimes all of the messaging function stuck (e-mail, viber, SMS) while browsing and calling are work properly. One week ago my email client frozen out so I restarted my phone. After that, all of the messages had been sent and recived form the last 24 hours were been noticed.

Despite of these facts, I so love the new solutions of the latest built.

Hope all of these bugs are fixed, soon

I have been experiencing this too. Soft reset fixes it for 10 min up to a few hours, then it reverts.

I used the app Hardware Tests to check the speakers and during the time that notifications / alarm works - the speaker module works. But when I notice my sound has gone silent again - the speaker module crashes the program. This leaves me to think there is some background process that crashes.

During all this time, playing music or video from an online source works, so the actual speakers aren't the issue.

Any luck finding a solution? I'm on Lumia Denim w/ Nokia Lumia 930.
