Windows 8 phone crash when listening to music

Hi,
My Nokia Lumia 920, windows 8 mobile keeps crashing when I listen to music from "Nokia Music". I usually use nokia-provided headsets when listening to music. In recent times the crash has become more frequent. When listening to music, the handset just reboots without any notification.

Is there a place I could look at the crash dump and submit it as an issue ?

Firmware: 1232.5951.1249.1001

I read somewhere that a guy fixed his rebooting problems by cleaning his sim card.
