Windows-based Drones/Copters: where can I find one?

Windows-based Drones/Copters

My son wants to get into the world of remote controlled copters and drones. I'd like them to be Windows Tablet/Phone supported. Does anyone know of any manufactures that support Windows devices (either Windows 8.1/10 or Windows Phone)?
